Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website located at aisen.ae (the “Site”), or by engaging AISEN F.Z.C (“AISEN”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) for any service, you (“Client” or “you”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using our Site and services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

Our Services
AISEN is licensed to provide the following technology and innovation activities:
The scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any specific engagement will be defined in a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work (“Engagement Agreement”) entered into between AISEN and the Client.
Consultancy Engagements
All professional services engagements are subject to a separate Engagement Agreement which will take precedence over these Terms in the event of any conflict. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Fees are as quoted in writing and are due within the period stated on our invoice.
- Late payments may attract interest at the applicable UAE commercial rate.
- AISEN reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances.
- All deliverables remain the property of AISEN until payment is received in full.
- Client must provide accurate information and reasonable cooperation for the successful delivery of services.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of AISEN F.Z.C or its content suppliers and is protected by UAE intellectual property law and applicable international conventions.
You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent. Limited permission is granted to view and download materials solely for personal, non-commercial use.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in an Engagement Agreement, AISEN retains all intellectual property rights in methodologies, frameworks, tools, and pre-existing works used in delivering services. Custom deliverables created exclusively for a Client shall transfer to the Client only upon full payment.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to treat as confidential all non-public information disclosed by the other party during the course of a business relationship (“Confidential Information”). Neither party will disclose Confidential Information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by UAE law or regulatory authority.
This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of any engagement for a period of three (3) years. Information that is publicly available, independently developed, or received from a third party without restriction is not considered Confidential Information.
Website Use and Prohibited Conduct
When using our Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable UAE law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure.
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content including viruses or malware.
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site in an automated manner without consent.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting inquiries or contact requests.
- Interfere with the proper operation or availability of the Site.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AISEN makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content on the Site.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. General information on the Site does not constitute professional advice and should not be relied upon as such.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, AISEN F.Z.C, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or AED 500, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AISEN F.Z.C and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Your misuse of the Site or our services.
- Any content you submit through the Site.
- Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. AISEN does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party site or its content. Visiting any linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms and policies.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the Ajman Free Zone Authority.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE, with Ajman as the primary jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in a written Engagement Agreement.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, governmental restrictions, war, civil unrest, pandemics, or failures of third-party infrastructure. The affected party shall promptly notify the other and take reasonable steps to mitigate the impact.
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
These Terms, together with any applicable Engagement Agreement and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AISEN with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior discussions or representations.
